The '7 steps to Fast and Lasting Fat Loss' are:

These steps are meant to be done in order.  After years of testing and measuring on ourselves and our clients, we have seen what works and what doesn't.  In order for you to get the results you are after, it is imperative to do these steps in the order we have laid out.

One more thing, before you go and get playing with the 7 steps.  

Let me explain the 4 major phases of fat loss…

1. Prepare For A Detox -


In order to get the best results from a detox… you must prepare your body.  There are so many bad side effects and backward steps that can happen if your body isn't ready for detox.  

In order to prepare, make sure you are Hyper Hydrated and you are Anabolically Alkaline.  Since your gut is your #1 way to eliminate toxins, it is crucial to have Perfect Peristalsis. Also, it is best if you are not adding more toxicity to your body with the foods you are eating.  So do your best to eliminate sugar, alcohol and caffeine from your diet. 

2. Do The Detox


Detox or Retox. This phase is crucial. 

Toxins 'mess up' the way your hormones communicate... In order for Biosignature Modulation (where we help to balance your hormones) to be as effective as possible you need to remove as much toxicity from your body as possible so that the hormones can 'talk' to each other. 



3.  Balance Your Hormones
