Step 3: PERFECT PERISTALSIS
Do you wonder what causes your tummy to bloat and make you look fat?
Do you ever have problems with gas, bowel movements, headaches, decreased energy….?
Experts in the health industry know that in order to have a healthy body, you MUST have a functioning gut.
Why is this so important?
Let's put it this way… If you are not digesting your food properly… You could be eating the most healthy and nutritious food and getting none of the benefits.
The nutrients will likely pass right through your digestive tract without getting absorbed. When this happens… your body will crave more food in the hope that it can get the nutrients it needs to survive.
Effectively, you could be malnourished, even though you are eating a lot.
How does this all work?
To keep things simple, consider that your gut has a lower and upper part.
In the upper part, your digestive juices (saliva and stomach acid) help to break down food.
In the lower part it's all about maintaining your 'bug balance', so that your nutrients can get absorbed into the body.
If this doesn't work correctly… chunks of undigested food from the upper part (because the stomach acid didn't break it down) move along into the lower part of the digestive tract. If you have too many "bad bugs" they can attack your gut wall. This can lead to:
- nutrients not getting absorbed,
- intolerances to food,
- inflammation and
- bloating
Here's the important thing to remember about gut function.. until you get this right… you will likely struggle with all sorts of other body problems... including:
- headaches
- stuffy noses
- fogginess
- memory loss
- even major diseases like cancer!…
What can you do to improve your gut function?
Improving the upper gut
To effectively break down your food properly, you need to
make sure you are producing enough stomach acid… we use a simple test to determine how much stomach acid you are producing. Please
contact us for more information about this test.
I will be honest here… EVERY SINGLE CLIENT we have seen, has needed to do this, including us - and we check every few months to make sure that all is still going well down below.
The stomach acid protocol establishes how much 'booster' stomach acid your body needs... over time, your body will start to produce more on its own. This protocol is not designed to be taken every day for the rest of your life. The goal is to remind your body that it can produce stomach acid on it's own.
This is the ONE step that Sanna took... check out the results that she achieved.

I lost an amazing 22 kg's!
When I first saw Hugh, I weighed 76kg. I followed just one step and after a few months I had lost an amazing 22kg to bring me down to 54kg!
I was thoroughly impressed.
Improving the lower gut
In the lower gut, poor 'bug balance' is very common. It is caused by all the joys that a modern lifestyle throws at us, including:
- stress
- poor quality food choices
- excess drinking
- toxicity
- and nutritional deficiencies
To restore the balance, we need to:
- prevent more bad bugs from entering your gut
- kill off the bad bugs and
- restore the balance of good bugs
To prevent more bad bugs from entering your gut, be sure to follow the guidelines in 'Improving the upper gut'... and slow down and enjoy your food.
To help kill off the "bad bugs" in your body, us
e protectME natural biotic.
To restore the balance of 'good bugs' use balanceME Fermented Probiotic Super Food.
The most effective plan of 'attack' comes from following the 30 day prepareME program, which includes protectME natural biotic and
balanceME Fermented Probiotic Super Food.
